AjoiA are a versatile house and ambient music live act in the wellness space. They blend the latest in nervous system science with uplifting dance music and ancient tribal, percussive rhythms. Their sound journeys are designed to connect people to each other and their own bodies – inducing feelings of wellbeing. They’re hugely credible due to their unique blend of experience. Producer and musical director Anthony Gorry (Gwen Stefani, Moby, Richard Ashcroft, Nightmares on Wax, Dubaholics) works at the forefront of nervous system science. MC and percussionist Andrew Lovell ‘Shovell’ (M People, Defected) is a psychotherapeutic counsellor and somatic practitioner. From the interactive DJ sets that use the power of rhythm and collective movement to uplift and energise, to the immersive ambient sessions that induce a state of calm and relaxation as a shared listening experience.
